Welcome to Calabash Lakes, a beautiful community consisting of single-family homes, duets and townhouses. Life here can be as relaxed or as exciting as you want it to be. Play a few sets of pickleball with your neighbors on the community pickleball courts, cool off in the community’s brand-new saltwater swimming pool, or enjoy other activities such as the fitness equipment, pool table, ping pong table and our library of books in the clubhouse, catch and release fishing in the many scenic ponds located in the community, and organized social events held throughout the year. Beaches, golf, shopping, and dining are all only moments away from this central location that many are fortunate enough to call home.  

MISSION STATEMENT

To promote a friendly, family neighborhood environment while assisting homeowners with preserving and enhancing property values within the community. This shall be accomplished by ensuring the safety and security of our homeowners and families, maintaining a high level of aesthetics, and enforcing our governing documents while balancing homeowner interests and being empathetic to their priorities and concerns to promote community pride. The board shall promote proactive, timely and always accessible communication with homeowners
